U6 Learn to Play

Eligibility: 4 & 5 year olds
Sessions: 9
Participants will learn the fundamentals of hockey including skills, drills, small areas games and informal scrimmaging.
U7 & U9 Power Skills
Registration Opens: 2025 FEB 18
Eligibility: 2017, 2018 & 2019
Sessions: 3
This will be a combination of power skating, shooting, and puck skills.
2016 Intro to Full Ice
Registration Opens: 2025 FEB 18
Eligibility: 2016's Only
Sessions: 3
For players transitioning to full-ice next season. We will focus on skating, using the ice, and reviewing the new aspects of the game like faceoffs and offsides.
U11 & U13 Power Skating

Eligibility: 2012 to 2015
Sessions: 5
The main focus of the program will be on the development of each player's individual skill sets and abilities.
U15 & U18 Power Skating

U13 Contact Confidence

The primary focus will be safety, awareness, and getting comfortable with contact.
U15 Contact Confidence

For players currently playing U15 NBC, but looking to make the jump to Body Checking next season. The focus will be on safety, awareness, and building on contact confidence.
Defensive Skating Skills

The focus will be on skating, positioning, passing, shooting, awareness and IQ.
Crease Clinic
