Registration includes a keepsake jersey, loot bag and draft day!

U7 --> March 18 & 19 -- $60.00

U9 --> March 18 & 19 -- $70.00

U11 --> March 20 & 21 -- $80.00
As of February 1st registration will be opened to members outside the Association with pre-approval from the Southwest Registrar. You will need to provide your child's HCR ID number.
Teams;
U7 - 4 teams
- 3 game guarantee
- Teams will consist of 10 Participants per team.
- The Goalie position will be rotated.
U9 - 6 teams
- 4 game guarantee
- Teams will consist of 10 Participants per team.
- The Goalie position will be rotated.
U11 - 6 teams
- 4 game guarantee plus the possibility of finals
- Teams will consist of 9 Participants per team & 1 Goalie per team.
- If there are not enough goalies then 10 skaters will be registered and the goalie position will be rotated.
- If we have an excess of interested goalies then preference will be given to the full time goalies.
Refunds
To withdraw your registration send an email to the webmaster@southwesthockey.ca
A $25.00 Non-Refundable administrative fee will apply to all withdrawals.
A refund will only be issued for withdrawals received by March 4, 2024 @ 9:00am MST. The timestamp on the email received will be used.
A 100% refund will be issued if the Association cancels a division or the tournament.
JUNIOR & MENTOR COACHES NEEDED!
We are looking for current SW Hockey; U13, U15 and U18 participants, who would like to be ‘Junior Coaches’ for the upcoming 3on3.
Junior Coaches will be coaching the 3on3 teams in U7, U9 & U11.
We will be looking for current SW Coaches to be a Coach Mentor to our young Junior Coaches. If you are willing please indicate this through your child's registration or email community@southwesthockey.ca if you don't have a child participating.

A fun afternoon where the Junior Coaches will be "drafting" the players to their 3on3 team!
Due to limited space this event is only for Players, Coaches and Volunteers. Parents are welcome to wait in the lobby and grab a coffee. Please pick up and drop off promptly due to the next groups arriving.
