Board of Directors
Nominations are being accepted for the following open positions;
Board of Directors
- Assistant Director of Coaches
- Assistant Director of Development
- Assistant Treasurer
- Assistant Director of Volunteers
DEADLINE: April 20, 2024 @ 10:00pm to submit the online nomination (see link below) .
Nomination Acceptance Link will be sent by the Administrator, once a Nomination is received.
In order to qualify being added to a ballot for possible voting, you must accept the nomination by completing the "Nomination Acceptance" sent to you by the Administrator by the noted deadline. DEADLINE: April 29, 2024 @ 10:00pm, to submit acceptance.

Board Coordinators
Board Coordinator positions are appointed by the Executive. If you are interested, submit a ‘Cover Letter’ highlighting your skills and experiences and how they would be beneficial to the Association.
Cover Letters are being accepted for the following Board Coordinator positions:
- Community Coordinator
- Sponsorship Coordinator
DEADLINE: April 29, 2024 @ 10:00pm, to the Administrator.
Year End Financial Review
We require two (2) volunteers to complete this task.
Duties of the Year End Financial Review include but are not limited to:
Reports to the Treasurer/Secretary.
Reviews the financials.
Should have a financial background.
YE Financial Review Volunteers are categorized as Full Credit with regards to Volunteer Bond Fulfillment.
