2023-2024 SEASON
The Team Raffle Liaison is one of the positions that makes up the 'Team Operations' on your Minor Hockey team.
While all families should help to support the Association Major Fundraiser, the Team Raffle Liaison will be an active volunteer with regards to assisting the association when it comes to tracking tickets, money and team progress.
We require one (1) individual per team to complete this task. The person who fills this role is decided on at the team level via the Team Manager and Head Coach.
The SW Hockey Director of Fundraising, and/or the Assistant Director of Fundraising will communicate with Team Raffle Liaison's and will pass on all required information directly to each of these volunteers.

| 2023 NOV 7 | Binders Distributed - once teams are formed, we will schedule our coordinator/Liaison meeting Team Raffle Liaisons will be required to attend, If unavailable the Manager or Head Coach will need to attend. |
| 2023 NOV 30 | Email Check in #1, Team Raffle Liaisons will need to email Janna and Jolena their team sales update. |
| 2023 DEC 14 | Drop off meeting #1 – To attend; Team Raffle Liaisons and Fundraising Coordinators. IMPORTANT: We need to have sold 3,600 tickets by this time to cover association costs, if undersold we will need to request an amendment from AGLC to move draw dates back. |
| 2024 JAN 2 | Email Check in #2, Team Liaisons will need to email Janna and Jolena their team sales update. |
| 2024 JAN 20 | Drop off meeting #2 – FINAL: To attend Team Raffle Liaisons and Fundraising Coordinators |
| 2024 JAN 21 | Final Cut off - Tickets must be in and accounted for by 8pm to be included in the Draws. |
| 2024 JAN 27 | Draw Date – ALL 6 draws to be completed. Outside witnesses will be required to sign confidentiality agreements. – Draws will be filmed. |
| 2024 JAN 28 | $8,000 draw announced. Call to be completed at 6:00pm by Jolena or Janna then posted to our website and social media. |
| 2024 JAN 31 | $5,000 draws Announced. Call to be completed at 6:00pm by Jolena or Janna then posted to our website and social media. |
